These are average cleaning rates and may vary based on specific needs as requested. First cleans, move outs, and "clean challenged" homes will take more time than a typical cleaning.

Our housekeepers work in teams of two. We charge for our time at $56/hour for a housekeeping team. You are just charged only for the time spent working. If we are able to clean your one bedroom in one hour the charge would be $56 plus GST. When we clean it in 45 minutes it would be $42 plus GST etc. We will not exceed our estimated time by more than 15 minutes, without prior approval.

Team leaders help set up and coordinate housekeepers and do not nesssarily spend the whole time cleaning.
